Utilizing either one or a combination of our many processes, we are to produce virtually any lens to meet your requirements. General applications include telecom, automotive, hand-held personal devices and other electronic equipment for which a protective or decorative lens is needed.

Cut and Thermal Formed

Using hardcoated polycarbonate, we are able to process flat and formed lenses in .015-.040" thickness. We can produce 3D profiles, as well as a very clean-cut edge to enhance the appearance of the lens. The lens can be decorated with screen printed colors, selective textures, anti-glare coatings, PVD coatings and hot stamping.
